"Be ready to work with a professional who knows the market and encourages you to look at property with open eyes to see positive and negatives for your self. She was ready to discuss each point, answer any question with facts, but didn't offer her personal opinion, encouraged me to draw my own conclusions. When selection was made she literally held my hand through each step and gave all the help I needed so it all came off easily. She was neat, prompt, and available when a question came up." -

"We are thankful for Maura. She listened to our needs for our growing family and were able to get us into a beautiful home just weeks before our 4th addition arrived. The home is beautiful and the neighborhood absolutely perfect for a family. Maura was also very flexible to our strange schedules and made herself readily available to show us homes. She was wonderful to our 3 children and helped them see the possibilities in the homes as well, and she always kept them in mind with the home choices. We never felt pressured by her to purchase anything we were unsure of, and even though WE were in a time constraint, she always kept us calm and helped us to be sure about our needs and choices. Thank you, Maura. We love our home! And, as we have let her know, it was the perfect home to welcome our newest member to the family AND to join our 2 families together when we married in the yard last fall. Thank you!" -

"Maura did a terrific job of promoting our house and was able to sell it this winter. She was tireless and continued to push us to do the right thing - have as many open houses and showings as you need. We were very happy with the price and negotiation results from our sale and new home purchase." -

"Maura did a great job helping me locate and purchase my home. I was moving to Kentucky from Indiana and she was very helpful in finding and showing me several different homes. She was very responsive to me needs, requests, and worked around my schedule as much as possible. I would highly recommend Maura when looking to purchase a new home." -
